For example, from your home directory, type:

You may do so now or wait for a more convenient time.

| Scroll down to the line in the file that looks like
this: #setenv NMHUSER |

of the line. This uncomments the line so that
nmh will now be configured for you.
When you are finished make sure you save the
changes to the file. |
